We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will we refund or return for you?

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package

Wrong Product:

If you discover your order is flawed, please contact us via email at with photos of the wrong product. We will provide a return shipping label. Once return tracking is updated, we will ship a replacement product immediately.


We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by email at We will process the free exchange.

All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it. It is going to take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your checking account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged on Arrival:

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may require you to provide photographs of the damaged item to assist with the return process.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and your funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

  2. Then contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
